Feel free to contact us anytime! Capt Scott Norman graduated from Northwood University in Dallas , TX with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2001. He earned his Masters in Human Resource Management from Webster University in 2004. He was commissioned through Officer Training School in 2002 after serving twelve years as an enlisted member. Prior to his being assigned as an AFROTC instructor, he was assigned as a Contracting Officer at Patrick AFB, FL. Capt Norman is the AS 300 instructor, Commandant of Cadets and Civil Air Patrol Advisor.
